The corner of Entença Street and Paralelo Avenue in Barcelona is the setting for a magical-geometric ritual whose symbolic meaning will remain hidden to the viewer at first. A Filipino woman is the protagonist and is responsible for performing this ritual, a choreographed dance connected to mathematics, Leonardo Da Vinci, astrophysics and the music of the most famous American crooner, Frank Sinatra. The 10th parallel is a line that crosses three continents and twenty-seven countries, including the Philippines. The ritual is performed daily for one hour, the magic hour, every day of the year.
